In our Yoga Nidra class, we invite you to immerse yourself in a deep state of serenity and relaxation. This ancient yogic art of conscious sleep will guide you on a journey of total rest and renewal. We will begin finding a comfortable position, lying on mats and using soft pillows and blanckets to support our body. As you settle in, we will begin to do mindful breathing exercises, drawing your attention inward and realising any pent-up tension in your body. Overtime, you will reach a state of expanded consciousness, where you can experience a deep connection with your inner self. This conscious dream state will allow you to explore your deepest dreams, desires, and emotions.You will open space for healing, liberation and transformation.
